Let’s face it, property developers today are not going to build 4-Bedroom unit types with a size of 2,217 square feet (sq ft) in their new projects. Yes, 2,217 square feet. That’s the size of a typical 4-Bedroom unit at The Trillium.
When I first took over the unit, I was stunned by the massive living and dining area in the apartment. And with floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the entire living area, it not only made the apartment looked brighter, but also made the place look even more spacious.
One of the best features of this 4-Bedroom unit at The Trillium is that the private lift lobby opens up directly to your outdoor balcony. Thus offering the resident absolute privacy and exclusivity.
When you are owning a property of this magnitude, trust me you will appreciate the fact that you don’t have to walk past your neighbours’ corridor before entering your own home or have anyone intruding your own private space.
Up next, the kitchen. It’s layout is so well designed and spacious that a top-notch culinary chef will be proud to be in.
I mean seriously, how many private residential homes here in Singapore can fit a kitchen island in the center of its kitchen?
And now, my favourite part of the unit – The Master Bedroom!
First look, you would think that the master bedroom is being joined with another common bedroom to make up this huge space. WRONG!
This is the amount of space you get for the master bedroom; It is the actual size – no hacking or anything and you still have 3 other bedrooms in the unit.
In a master bedroom which is this huge, you can easily fit a king-sized bed (make that American king) and have a good size study are all within a single room. Well, I guess the ladies will likely be thinking of using it for additional wardrobe space and honestly, why not?!
The design of a this 4-Bedroom unit has come down to even the finest details at the master bathroom. The sunken shower is just so cool!
Apart from the interiors, The Trillium is also located next to Great World City shopping mall where you will find plenty of shopping and dining options, and the future Great World MRT station (to be completed by 2023) is practically right at the condominium’s doorstep.
It’s probably one of those freehold condominiums in Singapore which ticks almost 90% of the boxes for a perfect home with the city center. At $5 million (Sigapore dollars), it can be considered as quite a steal.
