4-Bedroom Sold at Ascentia Sky

Honestly, this 4-Bedroom at Ascentia Sky is one of best units I have sold in my entire real estate career and the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. 

Having bought this unit directly from the developer (Wing Tai Holdings) back in 2012 with the intention of settling down in Singapore, some how plans changed and this beautiful apartment has somewhat become a ‘holiday home’ instead of a permanent haven for the owner.

With a built-in area of 1,776 square feet, this was more than enough to house a family of four. With the tasteful interior design and a rare spectacular unblock view over the Bishopsgate and Chatsworth landed estates, this apartment was truly a class above the rest.

First of all, the amount of space being built into the living room and dining area was impressive. Unlike newer condo projects these days, you can actually fit in huge furniture – a big sofa set, a sizable coffee table, and a 6-seater dining table; with still plenty of walking space around the apartmen.

To be completely truthful, one of the complaints which prospects had was the big balcony space which they thought was completely unnecessary. Personally, I feel that it’s one of the important components of this apartment. 

With a view like that, it would be a waste if you are not going to set a small relaxation corner at the balcony and enjoy this amazing view.

The view really has to be the greatest selling point of this 4-bedroom at Ascentia Sky. Thus, the master bedroom and one of the common bedrooms will both be fronting the lush greens situated among the affluent landed homes.

And just in case you’re wondering – yes, it can easily find a king-sized bed in the master bedroom.
