Sadly, They Don’t Built Homes Like The Metz Anymore

The Metz at Devonshire Living Room
In Singapore, private homes are gradually getting smaller in size and the layouts aren’t as efficient as they used to be.

For someone like me who has been in the real estate industry for almost a decade, it can be quite disheartening that our quality of living and home-ownership have been comprised on some level – due to the scarcity of land and the need to house more than 5.6 million people on this tiny little island.

I understand that this is inevitable, and our housing market may end up being a replica of Hong Kong’s (I seriously hope not!).

Recently, I was approached by one of my clients to rent out her 1-bedroom at The Metz – located along Devonshire Road.
